Order Processing

Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. During product launches, restocks, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may take slightly longer.

Lost, Stolen & Returned Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
